Why and when did you get into fitness/nutrition?
My fitness path has had its ups and downs throughout my life. It started when I played soccer growing up through school which advanced into higher leagues and eventually high school where it wasn’t always necessarily about running around on a field. Weight training was a big part of what it took to be at the highest level in soccer. I then got burnt out and went down a path where I never focused on fitness or nutrition. It wasn’t until my sister and I tried to get my dad into a healthier lifestyle that I began to enjoy fitness on another level. It wasn’t just about walking into a gym to lift weights on your own, it was more about the welcoming community, the high intensity work outs, and the trainers that pushed me when I needed it that made going to the gym fun and enjoyable.
What is your coaching philosophy?
I like to focus on trying to help every single individual try to reach their goals. Whether it’s nutrition, their form, gaining muscle, trying to hit PR’s, etc., I want to help in any way possible so that one day, that individual can achieve that goal, be ecstatic for meeting that goal, and then focus on their next one.
What is your favorite food?
You can never go wrong with an authentic Mexican taco. Steak, cilantro, and onion…count me in.
What is your favorite exercise/movement?
I used to despise thrusters, but after continuing routine with them, they have now become my favorite.

I race off-road for fun!
